Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 2 tablespoons gochujang
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup steamed broccoli
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken with gochujang, soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil for 30 minutes.
- Heat a pan over medium heat and cook the marinated chicken until fully cooked.
- Prepare rice according to package instructions.
- Steam the broccoli and set aside.
- Assemble the bowl with rice, chicken, broccoli, and carrots.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
- Adjust the spice level by adding more or less gochujang.
- Try adding other vegetables like bell peppers or zucchini.
- This dish can be served warm or cold.
