Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons gochujang
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup steamed broccoli
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken with gochujang, soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat a pan over medium heat and cook the marinated chicken until fully cooked.
  3. Prepare rice according to package instructions.
  4. Steam the broccoli and set aside.
  5. Assemble the bowl with rice, chicken, broccoli, and carrots.
  6. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.

Notes

  • Adjust the spice level by adding more or less gochujang.
  • Try adding other vegetables like bell peppers or zucchini.
