Ingredients

- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Coat each chicken breast in the mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Sear the chicken breasts for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden.
- Transfer the chicken to the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
- In the same skillet, add mushrooms and sauté until soft.
- Add heavy cream and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Serve chicken topped with the parmesan mushroom sauce.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to your preference.
- Serve with pasta or a side salad.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
