Gordon Ramsay’s tiramisu is a creamy Italian classic that combines coffee, mascarpone, and cocoa.
Ingredients

- 6 egg yolks
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 1/4 cups mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup brewed espresso, cooled
- 1/2 cup coffee liqueur
- 24 ladyfinger cookies
- Cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk the egg yolks and sugar until pale.
- Heat the milk in a saucepan and gradually add it to the egg mixture, whisking continuously.
- Return the mixture to the saucepan and cook until thickened, then cool.
- Fold in the mascarpone until smooth.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream to soft peaks and gently fold it into the mascarpone mixture.
- Mix the espresso and coffee liqueur in a shallow dish.
- Dip ladyfingers into the coffee mixture and layer them in a dish.
- Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
- Add another layer of dipped ladyfingers and top with the remaining mascarpone mixture.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
- Dust with cocoa powder before serving.
