- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 carrots, diced
- 2 celery stalks, diced
- 3 potatoes, diced
- 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 cup green beans, chopped
- 1 cup corn
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add chopped onions, carrots, and celery. Cook until softened.
- Stir in potatoes, diced tomatoes, and beef broth.
- Add green beans, corn, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
- Serve hot.
