Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Kalamata olives, chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 4 whole wheat burger buns

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, feta cheese, olives, red onion, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, and parsley.
  2. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
  4. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat.
  5. Cook the patties for 5-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
  6. Toast the burger buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes.
  7. Assemble the burgers with your choice of toppings.
