Greek chicken burgers with a Mediterranean twist.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup Kalamata olives, chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 4 whole wheat burger buns
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, feta cheese, olives, red onion, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, and parsley.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into 4 patties.
- Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the patties for 5-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
- Toast the burger buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes.
- Assemble the burgers with your choice of toppings.
Notes
- Serve with tzatziki sauce for added flavor.
- Pair with a side salad for a complete meal.
