  • 1 cucumber, grated and drained
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh dill, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine minced lamb, garlic, oregano, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  2. Shape the mixture into small patties.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook lamb patties for 4-5 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through.
  4. For tzatziki, mix yogurt, grated cucumber, olive oil, lemon juice, and salt in a bowl.
  5. Warm pita breads in a dry skillet or oven.
  6. Assemble wraps by placing lamb patties in pita and drizzling with tzatziki. Top with fresh dill.
