Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 lemons, juiced
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 8 skewers
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cucumber, grated
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add chicken cubes and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Soak skewers in water if using wooden ones.
  4. Thread chicken onto skewers.
  5. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  6. Grill skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally.
  7. For tzatziki, combine yogurt, cucumber, dill, and lemon juice in a bowl.
  8. Serve skewers with tzatziki sauce on the side.
