Description
A delicious Greek pasta dish with feta cheese.
Ingredients

- 8 oz pasta
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup olives, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions.
- Drain and rinse under cold water.
- In a large bowl, combine pasta, tomatoes, cucumber, feta, and olives.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Pour dressing over pasta salad and toss to combine.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.

- Use any pasta of your choice.
- Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or red onion.
- This dish can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge.
