Description
Greek turkey meatballs served with a refreshing cucumber yogurt sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cucumber, peeled and diced
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, garlic, egg, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.
- While the meatballs are baking, prepare the cucumber yogurt sauce by mixing diced cucumber, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and olive oil in a bowl.
- Serve meatballs warm with cucumber yogurt sauce on the side.
Notes
- You can add feta cheese to the meatball mixture for extra flavor.
- For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the meatball mix.
- Garnish with additional parsley or mint for a fresh touch.
