Ingredients

- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chicken or vegetable broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions.
- In a saucepan, sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add chicken or vegetable broth to the saucepan and simmer.
- Remove from heat and stir in Greek yogurt and Parmesan cheese until smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Mix the sauce with the cooked pasta.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.

- For a vegetarian option, use vegetable broth.
- Adjust the thickness of the sauce with more broth if needed.
