- 1 cup long grain rice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 can (10 oz) diced green chiles
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cooked rice, chicken broth, green chiles, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
