- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a food processor, combine green olives, cream cheese, and sour cream.
- Add minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, and black pepper.
- Blend until smooth.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Transfer to a bowl and chill for 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Serve with pita chips or vegetable sticks.
