- 200g beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 packs of ramen noodles
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1 cup bok choy, chopped
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 boiled egg, halved
Instructions
- Marinate beef in soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and sugar for 30 minutes.
- Grill the marinated beef over medium heat until cooked through.
- In a pot, bring beef broth to a boil.
- Add ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions.
- Stir in gochujang and bok choy, cooking until bok choy is tender.
- Serve ramen in bowls topped with grilled beef, green onions, and a boiled egg.
Notes
- Adjust the spice level by adding more or less gochujang.
- Feel free to add other vegetables like mushrooms or spinach.
