  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1 cup bok choy, chopped
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 boiled egg, halved

Instructions

  1. Marinate beef in soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and sugar for 30 minutes.
  2. Grill the marinated beef over medium heat until cooked through.
  3. In a pot, bring beef broth to a boil.
  4. Add ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions.
  5. Stir in gochujang and bok choy, cooking until bok choy is tender.
  6. Serve ramen in bowls topped with grilled beef, green onions, and a boiled egg.
