Grilled Hawaiian chicken sandwiches with a tropical twist.
Ingredients

- 2 boneless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 4 slices of grilled pineapple
- 4 hamburger buns
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup lettuce
Instructions
- Marinate chicken in pineapple juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, and garlic for 1 hour.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked.
- Grill pineapple slices for 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Toast hamburger buns on the grill.
- Spread mayonnaise on the buns.
- Assemble the sandwich with chicken, grilled pineapple, and lettuce.
- Serve immediately.

- You can add cheese for extra flavor.
- Adjust marinating time for desired flavor intensity.
