Ingredients

  • 2 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 4 slices of grilled pineapple
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup lettuce

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken in pineapple juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, and garlic for 1 hour.
  2. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  3. Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked.
  4. Grill pineapple slices for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  5. Toast hamburger buns on the grill.
  6. Spread mayonnaise on the buns.
  7. Assemble the sandwich with chicken, grilled pineapple, and lettuce.
  8. Serve immediately.
