- 1 lb beef steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 onion, cut into chunks
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Add steak and vegetables to the marinade. Mix well and let sit for 30 minutes.
- Thread steak and vegetables onto skewers, alternating as desired.
- Place skewers on the grill and cook for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
