Description
A quick and easy ground beef and broccoli stir fry dish.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Add garlic and ginger, cook for 1 minute.
- Add broccoli and stir for 3-4 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, and beef broth.
- Pour the sauce over the beef and broccoli.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Use fresh broccoli for best results.
- Adjust soy sauce for desired saltiness.
- Serve over rice or noodles if desired.
