Description

A quick and easy ground beef and broccoli stir fry dish.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  3. Add garlic and ginger, cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add broccoli and stir for 3-4 minutes.
  5. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, and beef broth.
  6. Pour the sauce over the beef and broccoli.
  7. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens.
  8. Season with salt and pepper.
  9. Serve hot.

Notes

  • Use fresh broccoli for best results.
  • Adjust soy sauce for desired saltiness.
