Description

A simple and delicious one-pan meal made with ground beef and rice.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and garlic; sauté until soft.
  3. Stir in rice and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Add beef broth, tomatoes, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low.
  6. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until rice is cooked.
  7. If using, sprinkle cheese on top and cover until melted.
