Ingredients

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add onions and garlic, sauté until soft.
  3. Add ground beef, cook until browned.
  4. Stir in sweet potatoes and bell pepper.
  5. Season with paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  6. Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes until sweet potatoes are tender.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
