Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef and onion over medium heat until the beef is browned.
- Add cumin, garlic powder, and salt. Stir to combine.
- Warm the corn tortillas to make them pliable.
- Spoon beef mixture into each tortilla and roll them up.
- Place rolled tortillas in a baking dish. Pour enchilada sauce over the top.
- Sprinkle cheese on top.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
