Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 cup bell pepper, chopped
- 1 tsp chili powder
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add onions and garlic, sauté until soft.
- Stir in bell pepper and cook for another 3 minutes.
- Add diced tomatoes and chili powder, mix well.
- Season with salt and black pepper.
- Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve hot.
