A quick and easy ground beef stir fry recipe.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add ground beef, cook until browned.
  4. Add mixed vegetables, stir well.
  5. Pour in soy sauce, season with salt and pepper.
  6. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  7. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
