  • 4 pita breads
  • 1 cup tzatziki sauce
  • 1 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Marinate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
  3. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
