Delicious and easy-to-make ham and cheese egg cups.

- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup diced ham
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in diced ham and cheese.
- Grease a muffin tin.
- Pour the egg mixture into the muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the egg is set.
- Let cool for a few minutes before removing from the tin.
Notes
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- Reheat in the microwave for best results.
- Feel free to add vegetables for extra flavor.
