- 2 lbs ham
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp ground cloves
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
- In a bowl, mix brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, and ground cloves.
- Score the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern.
- Place the ham in a roasting pan and brush the glaze over it.
- Cover the ham with foil and bake for 1.5 to 2 hours.
- Remove the foil for the last 30 minutes to caramelize the glaze.
- Let the ham rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
