A simple and delicious way to make hamburgers using a crockpot.
Ingredients

- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup mustard
- 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Buns for serving
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
- Drain excess fat and transfer the meat to the crockpot.
- Add chopped onion, ketchup, mustard, and barbecue sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Stir to combine all ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Serve on buns.
Notes
- You can add cheese on top before serving.
- Feel free to customize with your favorite toppings.
