Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cups frozen hash browns
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef and onion over medium heat.
- Drain excess fat from the beef.
- In a large bowl, mix together hash browns, cheese, soup, and milk.
- Add the beef mixture to the bowl and stir well.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add garlic powder or paprika.
- Use different types of cheese if desired.
- Can be prepared ahead and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
