Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Form the mixture into patties.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Cook patties for about 5 minutes on each side until browned.
  5. Remove patties and set aside.
  6. In the same skillet, add sliced onions and cook until soft.
  7. Add beef broth and bring to a simmer.
  8. Stir in heavy cream and return patties to the skillet.
  9. Simmer for 10 minutes to combine flavors.
  10. Serve hot with gravy on top.
