A hearty hamburger supreme casserole packed with flavor.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained
- 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 cup corn, frozen or canned
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a pan, brown the ground beef with onion and bell pepper.
- Add black beans, diced tomatoes, corn, rice, and taco seasoning to the beef.
- Mix well and transfer to a baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes
- Serve with sour cream and salsa.
- Feel free to add more vegetables.
- Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for 3 days.
