A hearty hamburger supreme casserole packed with flavor.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained
  • 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup corn, frozen or canned
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a pan, brown the ground beef with onion and bell pepper.
  3. Add black beans, diced tomatoes, corn, rice, and taco seasoning to the beef.
  4. Mix well and transfer to a baking dish.
  5. Top with shredded cheese.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.

  • Serve with sour cream and salsa.
  • Feel free to add more vegetables.
