- 1 bag frozen hashbrowns (30 oz)
- 8 large eggs
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup diced cooked bacon or sausage
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the hashbrowns, eggs, milk, and seasonings.
- Add the cooked bacon or sausage and half of the cheese. Stir well.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Top with the remaining cheese.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until the eggs are set and the top is golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
