  • 1 can cream of chicken soup

  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the hash browns, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix in 1 cup of cheddar cheese.
  4. Spread the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
