A fresh and flavorful Hawaiian chicken salad with pineapple and nuts.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup celery, diced
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, pineapple, celery, red bell pepper, and green onions.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and stir to coat.
  4. Add walnuts and mix gently.
  5. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
