Description

A refreshing Hawaiian pasta salad with colorful ingredients.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz rotini pasta
  • 1 cup diced pineapple
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup diced cucumbers
  • 1/4 cup red onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cooked ham, diced
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the pineapple, cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, cucumbers, red onion, ham, and cheddar cheese.
  3. Add the cooled pasta to the bowl.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour the dressing over the pasta and vegetables. Toss to combine.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Feel free to add more vegetables or protein as desired.
  • Adjust the dressing to your taste.
