- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- Salt and pepper to taste
- Whole wheat tortillas, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, bell pepper, onion, olive oil, and spices. Toss until evenly coated.
- Place the mixture in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check that the chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
- Warm whole wheat tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
- Serve the chicken and vegetables in tortillas with your choice of toppings.
