Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, smoked paprika, oregano, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.
- Add the shrimp to the marinade and toss to coat. Let it marinate for 15 to 30 minutes.
- If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
- Thread the marinated shrimp onto the skewers.
- Place the skewers in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 6 to 8 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until the shrimp are opaque and cooked through.
