Ingredients

- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 red onion, cubed
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup mushrooms, halved

- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine the vegetables.
- Add olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
- Thread the vegetables onto skewers in an alternating pattern.
- Place the skewers in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Remove skewers and let them cool slightly before serving.
