Ingredients
- Brussels sprouts – 1 lb, trimmed and halved
- Olive oil – 2 tbsp
- Salt – 1 tsp
- Pepper – 1/2 tsp
- Garlic powder – 1/2 tsp
- Parmesan cheese – 1/4 cup, grated (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the Brussels sprouts, olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Toss the mixture until the Brussels sprouts are evenly coated.
- Place the Brussels sprouts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
- If using, sprinkle the Parmesan cheese on the Brussels sprouts during the last 2 minutes of cooking.
- Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately.
Notes
- For added flavor, consider marinating the Brussels sprouts in balsamic vinegar before cooking.
- You can also experiment with different seasonings like smoked paprika or chili flakes.
