Ingredients

- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Mix all ingredients until well combined.
- Form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place meatballs in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve with your choice of dipping sauce or over pasta.
Notes
