Ingredients

- 1 can tuna, drained
- 1 ripe avocado, mashed
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1/4 cup celery, diced
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the drained tuna and mashed avocado.
- Add the diced red onion and celery.
- Stir in the lemon juice.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Add chopped parsley and mix well.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.

- Use fresh tuna for a different flavor.
- Substitute lime juice for lemon juice if desired.
- Serve on whole grain bread or lettuce wraps.
