Ingredients

- 1 head of Romaine lettuce, leaves separated

- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add ground chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Cook until chicken is browned.
- Pour in buffalo sauce and stir to coat chicken. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Assemble wraps by placing chicken mixture in lettuce leaves.
- Top with blue cheese crumbles and green onions.
- Serve immediately.
