- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, bell peppers)
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Add chicken broth and vegetables on top.
- Sprinkle onion, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper over the mixture.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred chicken before serving.
