- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 1 cup lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup tomatoes, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup bell pepper, sliced
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 4 whole wheat tortillas
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and garlic powder to create a sauce.
- Lay the tortillas on a flat surface.
- Spread the sauce evenly on each tortilla.
- Layer shredded chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, and bell pepper on top of the sauce.
- Wrap the tortillas tightly, folding in the sides as you roll.
- Cut each wrap in half diagonally and serve immediately.
