Ingredients

  • 1 medium cabbage, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add ground beef, cook until browned.
  4. Stir in chopped cabbage and cook until tender.
  5. Add soy sauce and rice vinegar, mix well.
