Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, combine honey (or maple syrup), coconut oil, egg, and vanilla.
- Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until well combined.
- If using, fold in dark chocolate chips.
- Shape the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let the cookies cool before serving.
