Ingredients

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, coconut sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine applesauce, melted coconut oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  4. Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until well combined.
  5. Fold in dark chocolate chips.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let cool before serving.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container.
