Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix oats, almond flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine honey, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients.
- Add chocolate chips and mix well.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute almond flour with whole wheat flour.
- Store cookies in an airtight container.
