Description
A healthy version of sesame chicken made with lean chicken and a light sesame sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, diced
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger.
- Marinate chicken in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add marinated chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds and green onions on top before serving.
Notes
- Serve with steamed vegetables or brown rice.
- Adjust the honey for desired sweetness.
- Use low-sodium soy sauce for a healthier option.
