- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup applesauce
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix almond flour, coconut sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Add applesauce, melted coconut oil, eggs, and vanilla extract. Stir until combined.
- Fold in dark chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool before cutting into squares.
