- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup protein powder
- 1/2 cup erythritol
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, cocoa powder, protein powder, erythritol, and baking powder.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs, applesauce, almond milk, and vanilla.
- Combine both mixtures and stir until smooth.
- Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool before slicing.

- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 5 days.
- You can add nuts or sugar-free chocolate chips for extra texture.
