Ingredients

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, chickpeas, cherry tomatoes, red onion, cucumber, and feta cheese.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for a short time before serving.
