- 12 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup Hollandaise sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the split English muffins in a greased baking dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the egg mixture over the muffins.
- Sprinkle chopped green onions and crumbled bacon on top.
- Add shredded cheese evenly over the mixture.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until set.
- Drizzle with Hollandaise sauce before serving.
